Rotomaster is a new turbocharger manfufacturing company driven by customer demand not being met due to poor availability to the aftermarket. Numerous important companies in the turbocharger aftermarket have been ignored by the OE turbocharger manufacturer. The status quo was ready to be rocked into the 21st century, capitalizing once again on the positive memories of yesteryear in the turbocharger aftermarket when Roto-Master looked after the turbocharger aftermarket needs, providing exceptional supply, great quality and fair pricing. Roto-Master was swallowed up by the OE  turbocharger manufacturer,  Garrett, and then shut down. Much of the Roto-Master tooling was purchased by the engine manufacturer IPD who in turn sold this portion of the business to Rotomaster. Rotomaster is loaded full of turbocharger tooling and is filling the niche that Roto-Master once fulfilled.

The quality of the Rotomaster product is world class. Modern CNC (Computerized Numeric Control) machining centers, precision measuring equipment including CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine), ensure the product is accurate to within thousandths of an inch (30x smaller than a single strand of human hair). Rotomaster utilizes state of the art turbine and compressor wheel balancing equipment to enhance performance and product longevity. Every item goes through first article, and subsequent quality assurance tests, in accordance with our ISO9001 certification.

Rotomaster, focuses on turbocharger products that are restricted by the OE turbocharger supplier and are difficult to get. Rotomaster will round out most turbocharger rebuilder's  product lines and give them flexibility of choice - that which they have been deprived. Rotomaster aims to protect its turbocharger distributors and be loyal to their needs.

We saw a need in the turbocharger aftermarket for a strong, high quality alternative.
