- Rotomaster products are warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of installation by the end user. This warranty shall only extend to the original end user.
- During this period Rotomaster will repair or replace, at its option, any product that proves to be defective. Failure due to improper installation, abuse, poor maintenance, misuse or accidental damage shall be denied. Rotomaster shall be the sole adjudicator for all warranty determination.
- THIS WARRANTY IS THE ONLY WARRANTY MADE BY ROTOMASTER. ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE EXCLUDED. INJURIES, LOSS OF INCOME OR ANY OTHER LOSS OR DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING THOSE INCURRED IN INSTALLATION, REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT AS WELL AS ALL INCIDENTAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARE EXCLUDED.
